Our beautiful photographic ornaments will look amazing on your tree this Christmas! Personalized with a name and year, this ornament features any photograph of your choice, printed directly onto crystal clear acrylic, adorned with the ribbon colour of your choice and tied into a cute bow!

• upload your high res image file via the uploader on this page. Please ensure there is ample space around the subjects of the photo, all people must be able to fit in a 3.25" circle. Proofs are not sent and i will use my design expertise to ensure the best fit with the writing noted. Ensure all names and dates are spelled correctly at the time of purchase.

All orders are shipped from Oakville, Ontario using Canada Post (lettermail where available) or Chit Chats delivery service for Canadian + International shipments.
Processing Times
Due to the custom nature of our products, individual processing times apply to each item. Please see below
Ornaments + Door Hangers- 3-7 business days (Same day to 5 business days in season)
Acrylic Signs - 5-10 business days
Wedding Signs - 2 - 4 weeks
LED Lights - 5 - 10 business days
Hangers - 5 - 10 business days
Line Drawing (Sign) - 1 - 3 weeks

Expedited Parcel: 1-10 business days via ChitChats, includes tracking and insurance
Lettermail: 2-10 business days via Canada Post lettermail, this does NOT include tracking or insurance for lost parcels. Please upgrade your shipping if you would like these.
USA
2-8 business days via ChitChats (USPS once state side) with tracking and insurance
Taxes + Duties
International orders may incur duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer and I have no control over these amounts

Lettermail Shipping
To provide a more cost effective way to ship in Canada the Standard shipping with this item goes Letter Mail with Canada Post. This means they are shipped with a stamp, and it does not include tracking or insurance for lost parcels. If you would like to have tracking + insurance with your order and ship it Expedited Parcel, please select this from the upgrades at checkout. If you opt for the $5 lettermail option after November 29, 2022 there is NO guarantee it will arrive in time for christmas, it is highly recommended to upgrade to the tracked parcel. The price is calculated at checkout based on your location directly from Canada Post--I have no control over these costs.
We all know how Canada Post is at the holidays with regular stamped mail, please be patient with your orders as I have NO way of tracking them should you choose the $5 ship option.

Where do you ship from?
I make and ship all orders from Burlington, Ontario, Canada!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because of the custom nature of 90% of my products, each item has a different processing time, on average your custom orders will ship in 5-15 business days, certain items will take longer! Please read the item description for a more accurate processing time
How long will shipping take?
Shipping is calculated for you at checkout! If you choose lettermail shipping takes 2-10 business days and does NOT include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping to take advantage of tracking + lost parcel insurance. For more information please click here.
Do you offer returns or cancellations?
I do not accept returns on any custom products, if there is an issue with your order it it has arrived damaged please email alanna@designsbya.ca and we will absolutely ensure you receive a replacement! Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hr of ordering. Due to the custom nature of most of the products I offer, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already begun production. Once production of your order has started it cannot be cancelled.
